This field can be read already, see

> **[Tag Field Mappings – Mp3tag Documentation](https://docs.mp3tag.de/mapping/)**
>
> Overview of all available tag fields, their names in Mp3tag, and how they are mapped to the internal structures of the different tag formats. Mp3tag is the universal Tag Editor.

This two tags are not "unknown":
RVAD is the id3v2.3 tag for "Relative volume adjustment"
RVA2 is the id3v2.4 tag for "Relative volume adjustment"

But, as @ohrenkino already wrote, both tags are currently not supported by Mp3tag.

You can find the detailed description in this document
[https://id3.org/d3v2.3.0](https://id3.org/d3v2.3.0)
just search for "4.12. Relative volume adjustment"
