Als Filter könnte ich mir vorstellen:  
`"$if($eql(%_filename%,$validate(%artist% - %title%,_)),1,0)" IS "0"`

wobei du den Ausdruck in $validate() durch den Formatstring ersetzt, den du wirklich zum Erzeugen des Dateinamens nimmst.
