Du könntest mal in diesem Thread nachgucken:

Hintergrund ist vermutlich, dass du COMMENT mit dem Kennzeichen "Deutsch" abspeicherst, iTunes die aber mit dem Kennzeichen "Englisch" erwartet.  
Was dazu zu tun ist, siehst du in dem oben genannten Thread.

Besonders geht es dabei um die Variable  
\_M\_STR\_ID3V2LANG  
sieh dir dazu Post #2 von dano an.
