Warum nicht darauf reagiert wird, kann Dir wohl nur der Entwickler sagen.  
Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass das in der Prioritätenliste weit hinten liegt?

Wenn Dir ein Icon so wichtig ist, warum erstellst Du es Dir nicht einfach selber?

Oder Du benutzt die Forensuche und findest mehrere Einträge mit fixfertigen Lösungen dafür:
