Wenn du Mp3tag portabel nutzen willst kopierst du einfach von dort alle Dateien/Ordner in das Verzeichnis mit Mp3tag.exe  
Wichtig ist, dass dann die mp3tag.cfg-Datei im selben Ordner wie Mp3tag.exe ist, dann "weiss" Mp3tag, dass die Konfigurationsdaten im selben Ordner liegen.
