# \[LP\] Mp3tag does not follow ID3v2 specifications when it comes to newlines

According to the ID3v2.3 and ID3v2.4 specs (3.3 in [http://www.id3.org/d3v2.3.0](http://www.id3.org/d3v2.3.0) and 4 in [http://www.id3.org/id3v2.4.0-structure)](http://www.id3.org/id3v2.4.0-structure)), the newline character when using ISO-8859-1 encoding is $0A and not $0D $0A (this applies to ID3v2.3 only since Mp3tag does not offer ISO-8859-1 for ID3v2.4). Moreover, only the frames USLT, SYLT, COMM and USER are allowed to contain newlines.

I've changed this with v2.41a to increase compatibility with other existing applications.
