I've just released [Mp3tag v3.28e](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/455), which adds a mapping of `TVEPISODE` to T=50 `PART_NUMBER` and a mapping of `TVSEASON` to T=60 `PART_NUMBER` for MKV Matroska video files.
