# mfc42.dll :6907 error? what I'm gonna do now?

when I try to run the program, an error occurs

Mp3tag.exe file, missing mfc42.dll according to 6907

it must be something like that because I might not be translate that correct

and also it hasn't been an hour since I reinstalled windows ☹

I don't understand what's wrong with that I had used Mp3tag before

Don't worry 🙂

Everything is okay with your Windows installation - simply extract [this file](http://www.Mp3tag.de/support/dll/mfc42.zip) to the Mp3tag program directory and try again.

you're great it's worked I downloaded that dll after I wrote the post message but it didn't had the same effect
