# Moving compilation

Hi!
I want to move a compilation, but cannot I am unable to find an option for it.
For example, I have 2 files with 2 different artists - one for each. But they are part of same album, so I want to move them to something like:
Various Artists/[%track% -][%artist% -]%title%
But I cannot seem to find anything to do the various artists part.

The best thing would of course be having appropriate tags in the files (like _ALBUMARTISTSORT_, _ALBUM ARTIST_, _BAND_ or the like [_BAND_ unfortunately—and inappropriately—often used for the Album Artist. Apple does it in iTunes, but even they can be wrong.]).
If you don’t, well, just sort on ALBUM, mark all files belonging to it, click »Tag -\> Filename« and use some format string like
```
Various Artists\$validate($ansi(%album%),_)\$validate($ansi($num(%track%,2) - %artist% - %title%),_)
```
You can even put this into an »Action«.
