In Windows, it was possible to do:

> Format value "\_FILENAME": `C:\Music\%artist%\%album%\%title%`

For the MacOS native app, is it possible to directly write full filepaths into the `_FILENAME` tag?

I'm trying to figure out if forward slashes need to be escaped or what, but whenever I write to the `_FILENAME` tag, I end up with an MP3 file that is the same directory with some clobbered name, e.g., ` __Users__ Aswin __Music__ The Beatles __Rubber Soul__ Michelle.mp3`.

MacOS uses forward slashed instead of back slashes. If you make that change you should get your folder structure back.

In addition, `~/` is the shorthand notation for your user folder, e.g.,

`~/Music/%artist%/%album%/%title%`
