# Mp3 archive editing

Friends, I have a music archive organized into folders, and I only want to display the song title, artist name, and my archive name. I want to remove all other extensions. Is this possible? If so, how? Is there a code? My sincere thanks and respect to those who help.

Where exactly would you like "the song title, artist name and archive name" to be displayed?
Please show us a [screenshot](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/hints-for-asking-support-requests/56190#p-168842-use-screenshots-to-exemplify-the-issue-2) of what you currently see, and then show us what it should look like after modification.

In MP3tag you can customize the tag panel and the file list, see the documentation

If you want to delete field contents, have a look at "Remove fields except"

(I do not think that it is advisable to remove vital data like ALBUM, ALBUMARTIST, the picture, YEAR, GENRE - as it is very hard to get if back again, if there is a change of mind.)
Which information is displayed by third party programs is beyond the controle of MP3tag.
