Windows 11.

Public domain MP3 file from [archive.org](http://archive.org)

I was testing. I downloaded the same file to my phone earlier today and edited the tag successfully using Smart MP3 Tag (Android)

Full file name: Suspense 451101 165 The Dunwich Horror (128-44) 25926 27m19s AFRS
