# Mp3 tags on android phones

I have 40 mp3's from V.A. tagged with the same album name. When I load them onto my android, some will still split off into their separate albums. Can't figure out why they split off when i tagged them with the same album name.

Try, if it works better if you add the same name to the field ALBUMARTIST.

Well I'll be danged! I had to match the Album/Artist and Album fields which seems to have done the trick! Plus there was data in random Discnumber fields that I removed. Now all 40 tracks stay in the same album on my cell. Thank you! 😃
