# Mp3Tag corrupts my song files

All of a sudden, it seems that I can't change the tags on my song files. No matter what I do, the program corrupts my songs.

No matter what I do, the changes are not even visible, even tho the program itself tells me that the changes are there!

When I try to open the files, it just say that the files are corrupted:

"_Cannot be opened_"

"_This file cannot be played. It might be because the type isn't supported, the suffix of the file isn't right or the file is damaged._"

In addition, I'm interested in where you got the files from or how they were created. It would be great to identify the root cause of the problem.
