# Mp3tag for Mac v1.8 released

I've just released **Mp3tag for Mac v1.8.20** with the following changes:

### Changed, Improved & Fixed

- Occasional crash due to concurrent read/write access to internal storage.
- Tag Sources with Windows line breaks `CR` `LF` produced extra empty line for each line break. ([#64214](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/64214))

**It's a free update!** You can update the Mac App Store version via the _Update_ tab in the App Store app and the standalone version from within the app via _File → Check for Updates_ .
