Heisst das, dass man aus Mp3tag nun auch auf die qualitativ hochstehenderen Musicbrainz-Daten zugreifen kann? Oder brauchts dafür noch Anpassungen?

Das geht doch schon längst.

Dieses Angebot hier ist weniger nützlich für Mp3tag sondern eher für CD-Ripper mit freedb-Anbindung.  
Denn wirklich verläßlich ist die Abfrage nur mit einer Audio-CD und auch nicht alle Musicbrainz-Einträge haben eine DiscID.
