# Mp3tag is not able to connect web to get album art

Mpe3tag is not able to connect web get get album art!

Could you check if MP3tag has internet access?  
Call the function Help\>Check for updates  
You should get a message box.  
If you get none, then MP3tag does not have internet access and you have to configure the network to allow access.
