# Mp3tag not saving app.mp3tag.Mp3tag in preferences

Hi,

Mp3tag is not saving the preferences file in

> ~/Library/Preferences

and running

```auto
defaults import ~/Desktop/Mp3tag.plist app.mp3tag.Mp3tag

```

returns the error

> Could not read data from app.mp3tag.Mp3tag

despite the following

Mp3tag is a sandboxed application, so settings are stored in ~/Library/Containers

Filename comes last in that command

`defaults import app.mp3tag.Mp3tag ~/Desktop/Mp3tag.plist`
