I've just released Mp3tag V.2.33 which features full Unicode support for all [supported file types](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/965/1) 🙂
You can download it from

Please note, that Windows 9x and Windows ME are not longer supported.

Unfortunately there were some minor bugs which are fixed in the current Development Build/Hotfix Release I've just released.
