# Mp3tag v299a unable to locate tak\_deco\_lib.dll under wine

I'm running mp3tag under fedora 30 and wine 4.18.

Version v296 worked fine. I've just updated to v299a and mp3tag started failing with the following message from wine.

0009:err:module:import\_dll Library tak\_deco\_lib.dll (which is needed by L"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mp3tag\Mp3tag.exe") not found  
0009:err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Importing dlls for L"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mp3tag\Mp3tag.exe" failed, status c0000135

However, if I'm in the same directory as the mp3tag executable, all is well.

Any help is appreciated.
