# Multiple file selection based on genre

Is there a way to specify a genre and file folder start and have MP3Tag enumerate all files that have that characteristic in that folder and in sub-folders?

See the filter function for that and also the track numbering assistant.

Thanks for the reply. Could be a little more specific - for some reason I cannot find the filter function or the track numbering assistant.

I am sure they are there but I am puzzled.
