# Multiple line field that allows pulldown options for the Tag Panel

It would be great if I could use the drop down function to chose the various values contained in the fields of the items selected/highlighted. For some reason, there is no pulldown like there would be if the field size was large or smaller. When the field size is multi-line, one can no longer drop down and chose a value to assign to that field for all items selected/highlighted beyond the default value of , or .

I am sure there is a reason for this but it would be great if we could at least configure the field to have the drop down functionality. I have a workaround but it is not very elegant.
