# need to remove "\_" from track name

I just added around 200 songs that all have a "\_" in the track name I was thinking of using ^.{1} that but im not quite sure if I should or not any other ideas?
just a side question because I'm new to the software is the coding language used a type of grep?

You could create an action that replaces all underscores with a blank in the filename. (Press Alt-5 to open the Actions dialogue).
Alternatively you could rewrite all filenames with the function Tag - Filename as I assume that the underscores are not in your tags.

There are similarities to the grep command but it is not identical. So read the help.
