# new update - help doesnt work

upgraded to newest version

all kinds of problems  
all my config has disappeared.  
but worse, cant get to HELP file - click on HELP and there is nothing but a blank notepad window.

uninstalled, and reinstalled twice.

same problem.

also no links work - if i click on link to online support nothing happens  
and yes my internets are working.

hmmm. odd. I'm running the latest version on win7(64) machine (v2.61d) and I'm not seeing your issues. Help, config, etc. all ok. You might try turning off computer, rebooting router/modem, then restarting computer. Can't hurt.

This is a Windows problem.  
You have to declare your browser as default again.
