I am using v2.85 and have run into an issue where I cannot see the Total Tracks or Total Discs. This seems to have happened after updating to version 2.85 and was working before that just fine. Reverting back to an older version did not solve the problem.

It used to display Disc 1/1 and Track 01/10 for example I now only get Disc 1 and Track 1.
This happens with files ripped in dBpoweramp (Apple Lossless) as well as files that I've created using Adobe Audition 3.0 (Wave and FLAQ) and some downloaded files. Some mp3 files are okay and show the complete info and some do not.

Is there a setting in Mp3tag or perhaps dBpoweramp that is not correctly set?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

if these are new files then I would say: the information is simply not there.
MP3tag does not know anything about albums or number of cds, so it never calculates a total unless you select the files that belong to such a group and use the track numbering assistant.
The disk numbers are not numbered, though, you have to do it yourself.

I would say that your sources for the files have deteriorated.
