# Norton antivirus deletes 2.47a

I just downloaded 2.47a (Windows XP SP2). My Norton Antivirus ran a post-download scan and deleted/disabled 2.47a with the message:

"mp3tagv247asetup.exe.part (Suspicious.Cloud.5.D)  
This Heuristic Virus has been removed."

No clue what this means.

I uploaded Mp3tagv247asetup.exe to virustotal.

No virus could be found, so it must be a false positive from your virus scanner.

I run Norton Internet Security 2011. After downloading Mp3tag I get the message "mp3tagv247asetup.exe is safe" from Norton.

Likewise running the installed program does not trigger an alarm.

Have you got the latest LiveUpdates and DefinitionUpdates from Norton?
