This is most likely related to [this change](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/i-dont-believe-ctrl-z-should-undo-saving-tag-while-i-edit-tags-in-tag-panel/15438/13). Many thanks for reporting!

This is interesting. Was `Ii` already part of the tag and listed in the drop-down list of the album field when you tried this?
