# old files

I got some problems with Mp3tag. Everytime i open the program, is it opening 100 of files i recently have used the program on. if i try to remove the files so will they come up again next time i start mp3tag

Check File\>Options\>Folders if you have (not) ticked "Open in this folder" (my translation) - anyway: you can specify a certain folder where MP3tag should start. If this folder points to an empty folder then MP3tag loads those (which means: none).  
Play around with this option to find the best settings for you.
