# Opening more than one instance of program

No you can't.  
See e.g. this thread from 2005:

and there are many more that describe how you e.g. load 2 different folders at the same time so that a side by side comparison is not necessary, on the contrary: filtering and sorting is probably just as good.

PS: User "damodara das", it would be quite nice if you could reply to the answers in this forum.
