# Playlist edit and save

HI Everyone

I have found how to make a playlist but cannot figure out how to edit and save it, any help would be very much appreciated

If you found how to make it you already have created one. In the process you are asked for `path\filename` and clicking on `ok` the playlist with the name and suffix `m3u` is created.  
A playlist can be editted later with any plain text editor.  
But I don't understand why you want to edit the playlist because it is created by MP3Tag with the filenames of your music-files automatically and internally sorted by the way you sort your files in MP3Tag in the list-view.
