# Playlist for Album List for Winamp

I use Album List for Winamp v2.06. When i create a playlist with this program it writes the following playlist:  
#EXTM3U  
#EXTART:Al Di Meola  
#EXTALB:Scenario  
#EXTGENRE:Jazz Fusion  
#EXTINF:366,Al Di Meola - Mata Hari  
01 - Mata Hari.mp3  
#EXTINF:292,Al Di Meola - African Night  
02 - African Night.mp3

When i write a playlist with mp3 tag:  
#EXTM3U  
#EXTINF:367,Al Di Meola - Mata Hari  
01 - Mata Hari.mp3  
#EXTINF:293,Al Di Meola - African Night  
02 - African Night.mp3

My question is: can i configurate mp3tag so that it writes the same playlist as Album List for Winamp v2.06???????

No, but you can create an export configuration that writes that information.

Thanks for the answer.

I am not a programmer so its cost my a lot of time to understand the writing language.  
**Is there anyone ho knows the writing of the normal mp3 playlist in .mte?**

I then only must find a way to add the artwork and the genre ( only one time).

I have looked in de the different exportformats from mp3tag but that does not help me much.

(If it is to difficult, I must live with it)

I have made the following exportscript (.mte) myself:

```
$filename(%artist% - %album%.m3u,ansi)#EXTM3U
#EXTART:%artist%
#EXTALB:%album%
#EXTGENRE:%genre%
$loop(%_counter%)#EXTINF:%_length_seconds%,%artist% - %title%
%_filename_rel%
$loopend() 

```

Its works fine.
