# Posibility of select the desired method...

Excuse me for my English if I obmit something 😉  
First of all, I've been using Mp3tag for a long time and I get acustomed to the format used in this topic title: Tag -\> Name of file or Name of file -\> tag. On previous versions the commands used was:  
%i = singer  
%t = title?  
%n = track  
...  
but now in the new version (2.17) it has changed to:  
%artist%  
%title%  
...  
so now, I have to write more and I think it was easier to remember the previous mode than this one. I'm not going to ask for a change, if this is now working that way it will have a reason, but would it be possible to add an option in preferences, to select the method you would like more? wheter the older or the new one?

Sorry, but using the old placeholders (even via option) is not possible anymore.
