# problem with amazon.com

Hello,
I use from some month mp3tagger. But, from one week, I have a problem when I want to tag my mp3 with [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com). After giving the album name, I have this message :
Erreur de connexion au serveur [http://webservices.amazon.com](http://webservices.amazon.com) (my soft is in french).
Can you help me to resolve this problem ?

Have you read the help for MP3tag? Or the FAQs?
Probably not as you are the (felt) 59000000 person to ask this.
There is a limit to the number of requests per script per hour on the amazon pages. If you get the error during one hour then try again at the beginning of the next.
