# Problems with getting albumcovers from Amazon

Hi all,
Since yesterday (can be existing since 1 week or more but I observed it yesterday) I encounter problems to load covers from amazon (.de or .com) within MP3Tag 2.49.
The error is shown in the attached screenshot and tells, that there was an error connecting to server [http://webservices.amazon.de](http://webservices.amazon.de). When trying to ping the server from office and home it could not be resolved. When trying with a webbased ping the server could not be reached. Is there a fix that I have to install ?

Found the error:
Somehow the proxy settings disappeared. After setting again, all worked well
