# Protecting tags

I have about 3000 digital mp3 files that I need to protect the Copyright on. Is there a way to do this? I have added a copyright field to my directory but can't see a way to protect this tag (field) from someone editing. I need to protect the copyright of these digital objects from someone deleting or changing my tags.
