# Quotation Marks

I am finding this program a little confusing...is there a way that I can write a command that will always name my ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags like this:

Title: "Title"  
Artist: ARTIST  
Album: Album Name  
Year: ####  
Genre:   
Comment:

And also to write my mp3 file names like this:

## - Song Title - ARTIST NAME.mp3

Anyone, please? Is it actually impossible? I have been trying to find a program for a long time now that can actually add the quotation marks to the song titles and this program looks like it is able to do it but I just can't figure out the code and all the features! Cheers.

Sure, no problem

Make a [new action group](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/967/1)

Action #1:  
_Action type:_ **Format value**  
_Field:_ **TITLE**  
_Formatstring:_ **"%title%"**

Action #2:  
_Action type:_ **Format value**  
_Field:_ **ARTIST**  
_Formatstring:_ **$upper(%artist%)**

Action #3:  
_Action type:_ **Remove fields**  
_Fields to remove (semicolon-separated):_ **genre;comment**

Action #4:  
_Action type:_ **Format value**  
_Field:_ **\_FILENAME**  
_Formatstring:_ **$validate($num(%track%,2) - %title% - %artist%,)**
