# Rar Files Metadata Wont Apply

Hello  
I Recently Downloaded Some Rar Files Went Thru The Tag Steps With Information Of Songs ETC. It Shows It When I Open MP3Tag But Doesn`t Show The Changes In The Actual Folder? When I Do The Same With A Zip File NO Issues At All?

Any Ideas?

I don't really understand.  
Is it that you edit a file while it is still in a rar-archive?  
The I would say it is a problem of the OS that supplied the file.  
Perhaps the support for zip-archives is better than for rar-archives.  
I would suggest that you unpack the archive, edit the files and then pack them again.
