# Regular expressions - geting beat!

Hi all, I just downloaded tons of psy songs, and they came properly tagged, but there are many different artists.
So I'd like to re-tag them, renaming TITLE to "ARTIST - TITLE", and renaming ARTIST to "Various Artists".
Visual example:
Artist: Rinkadink
Title:Crazy
to
Artist: Various Artists
Title: Rinkadink - Crazy
I tried right click -\> convert -\> actions -\> regular expression:
Field: TITLE
Regular expression: /\*
Replace matches with: %artist% - %title%
But it won't work.. I tried lots of different combinations with no luck ☹ Can anyone lay a hand? Thank you.

Placeholders like %artist% cannot be used with this action.
Choose "Format value"
