# release date help on itunes m4a files only

i am new here and i was wondering how to put the release time and year on a itunes plus m4a file that i created off a cd or mp3 like this 2004-03-23T08:00:00Z To Make It look Like This February 23 2004 look at the photo i just uploaded look at the area called released Nov 9, 2010
