1. As you can see, the replacement for your "w"-character works fine for the TITLE  

2. TRAKTOR is known not to recognize any change made outside of TRAKTOR. There is not much you can do then ask Native Instruments about this. See [Fakt #4](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/cover-werden-nicht-in-traktor-angezeigt-nachdem-sie-in-mp3-tag-eingefugt-wurden/62480/26).
