# Remove semicolon character from LYRICS

I don't know how this ocurred but I have several thousand of my .mp3 files have semicolons at the end of every line in the LYRICS tag. I've tried to do a replace action or regular expression but it doesn't seem to work. Is it possible to remove a specified character from a multi-text field suuch as LYRICS.

An Replace action should do the trick. Have you tried this for the UNSYNCEDLYRICS field?

Yes that worked for both LYRICS and UNSYCHEDLYRICS. My mistake was specifying %LYRICS% instead of just LYRICS as the field. Thanks.
