Hello friends,

Can you please tell me how to remove all text before the hyphen.
For example I have "6B - Aaron Neville" in the Title field. I would like to remove "6B - " and have it just say "Aaron Neville".

I've used the Replace feature in Quick Actions to replace "6B - " with nothing and it works. The issue I have is I have thousands of files with different Camelot Key (6B, etc) in the Artist field. If there was a simple command to remove everything before the hyphen under Artist it would save me so much time. Thank you!

Try an action of the type "Guess value"
Source: %artist%
Target string: %dummy% - %artist%

Would it make sense to save this information into another tag than delete them forever?

I'm not sure but you could use the tag [INITIALKEY](https://docs.mp3tag.de/mapping/#initialkey) for this?

The Target string would be
`%initialkey% - %artist%`

Hi ohrenkino!

Can you please tell me which one of these actions groups I can use your "guess value" suggestion in. Sorry I am still very new to this software.

I still need the Key information, but in the DJ software I use (Serato) there is already a Key field. I mainly want to get rid of the key info from the Artist field because when I sort by Artist it is not sorted correctly because the key info is in the Artist field. .

When I tried %initialkey% - %artist% it added "1A" to the beginning of it, but it is probably my error of not knowing how to use the software properly.

Where do I go to enter in "target string"?

Thank you for all the help!
