# Removing Lyrics

Recently Lyrics Wiki was changed to not allow sharing their lyrics with other programs. Well I had one of those programs and now all my songs on iTunes say in the lyrics field "We are not allowed to use the lyrics from the source we obtain them from."
So how can I remove the lyrics from every song in my library? I'm new to using this program and I don't understand it well.

You can delete the UNSYNCEDLYRICS field via the extended tag dialog [Alt+T].

Ok thanks, I see that method works. What I actually did was remove the ID3v1 tags and it removed the lyrics successfully.
