# Replace/Remove part of ALBUM field?

Hello, I'm trying to replace/remove part of the album field in several files which specify an album version. For example "British Steel (2001, Columbia, The Remasters Series, 502131 2, UK)", I'd like to remove everything except for the album name. I tried Actions\>Replace and tried using " (\*)" with asterisk as a wildcard, but that doesn't work.

Try an action of the type "Replace with regular expression" for ALBUM
Regular expression: `(.*)\s\(.*`
Replace matches with: $1
