# Request: Column for cover image dimensions

After various internal experiments, I'm happy to have a solution that has no significant performance implications.

With [Mp3tag v2.87b](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/455), you can now use `%_cover_width%` and `%_cover_height%` to access the width and the height of the first embedded cover art.

An example column configuration that resembles the requested information field for cover resolution would be `[%_cover_width% x %_cover_height%]`
