I know: the Toolbar is already locked
But I would like to request adding option for locking of the Tag Panel and of Filter box
This would prevent the user from accidentally moving / resizing these two elements
This could also be a workaround for the bug of the Filter box not remembering its position / size [as it was described here: /t/17863/1]
