Yes, ryerman's solution works. Unfortunately, it is not a solution for me: it means file import, and in such cases the [list focus jumps to first column](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/list-focus-jumps-to-first-column-after-selecting-multiple-rows/48411). (This is the only case, where the phenomenon has survived, at least in my configuration.)
