# restricted 'file view refresh' while filter ON

Hi,
would it be possible to restrict the 'file view refresh' to just the files in view. i.e. if you have say 5000+ files but have a filter on, showing only say 100 files, currently if you do file view refresh it reads the whole 5000+ files again. ideally would like it to restrict to just the 100 files, in this example, i.e the 'filtered' list to be refreshed only.

If you want to force Mp3tag to re-read the tags of those files, you can select all files and press [Ctrl+T].
