# Rewriting all tags to another version

I have a question about rewriting all tags to another version (for example v2.3 to v2.4). Are they replaced when I simply open all my MP3s in MP3Tag, select them all and click Save?

Yes but you must have selected in Options/Tags/Mpeg "ID3 v2.4 UTF-8".
