Thanks everyone for participating in this discussion. I'm going to summarise where we've landed and close this thread on a constructive note. What @GaryF is looking for: a way to fetch lyrics directly within Mp3tag as part of his tagging workflow, ideally through an action he can run on multiple files. The current technical situation: - Mp3tag cannot fetch web content through [Actions](https://docs.mp3tag.de/actions/). This is a limitation of how Actions work. - The available method are [Tag Sources](https://docs.mp3tag.de/tag-sources/), which fetch data one file at a time from online sources. - There are several [community-created lyrics web source scripts](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/ws-import-lyrics-from-websites/2034), though they may need testing to find which sources still work reliably. For @GaryF specifically: I understand the existing topics can be confusing and that you're looking for a clearer starting point. If you're interested in trying the suggested Tag Sources Scripts, please revisit the topic [[WS] Import lyrics from websites](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/ws-import-lyrics-from-websites/2034) If something you find in there is unclear, feel free to start a fresh topic asking, e.g., "Can someone suggest a working lyrics web source script with simple installation and usage instructions?". Please keep in mind that this would only work for one file at a time. For now, I take your original question as a feature request — however, I don't want to elicit high hopes for a speedy realisation.
